Russellville Municipal Court

Many traffic citations may be settled prior to the court date by payment of the amount approved on the Schedule of Fines and Costs of Traffic and Non-Traffic Offenses. Partial payments are only accepted on adjudicated cases where the Defendant has previously appeared in Court. If you have payment arrangements in place you do not have to appear in court if you make your payment prior to the court date. Payments are only accepted until 11:59 pm on the day before your scheduled court date. You must understand paying your traffic citation online is a plea of guilty, you will incur points against your driving record as determined by the State of Alabama. The minimum partial payment accepted is $50.00.
